When using the CPAP machine, you need to wear a mask on your nose and mouth, and the machine will provide you with stable positive pressure air through pipes to maintain smooth breathing. Please refer to the product manual or consult a doctor for specific usage instructions.

When using the CPAP machine for the first time, you may feel uncomfortable, such as the mask not fitting properly or the airflow being too strong. But during the adaptation process, most people will gradually get used to it and feel an improvement in sleep quality. If there is any discomfort, please adjust the size of the mask or consult a professional.

In order to maintain the good working condition of the CPAP machine, please clean the mask, pipes, and water tank after use every day. Follow the instructions in the product manual for cleaning and maintenance. Regular replacement of filters and other components is also necessary.

CPAP may generate a certain amount of noise, but modern models usually adopt a silent design, resulting in lower noise levels. If you are sensitive to noise, you can choose a low-noise or silent model.

Any unopened and unused item within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund of 85% in the
original payment method, with a 15% restocking fee deducted.

Your 30-day return period starts from the day we ship your machine to you. After this period, we don't accept return requests. To start the return process, contactme, state the reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the rest.
If you decide to return your CPAP machine, please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs. svp will not cover the cost of return shipping.
When you return your machine, ensure it reaches us within 10 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization .
Your machine should be in its original packaging, in perfect condition (just like when you got it), and without any physical damage.
Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method for the purchase.
Please remember that we don't issue refunds for machines returned damaged or defective or without their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for heavily used or damaged machines.
Customers can use our 30-day return policy for CPAP machines once.

If the manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing defects or svstem faults Contac us brand@sv-past.com to start the process. lf additional troubleshooting is needed, the manufacture
wil provide a return label. Alternatively, you can expedite the return by shipping the item yourself. but the customer is
responsible for shipping costs. svpast does not dispatch replacement machines until the process is complete.

Most orders received before 2:30 pm EST/EDT, from Monday to Friday, will be shipped on the same day using your preferred shipping method. Orders placed after 2:30 pm on weekdays or any time during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped on the subsequent business day.

If any items are unavailable or on backorder, we will promptly notify you, and the product will be shipped as soon as feasibly possible. Please note that all expedited shipping calculations are exclusively based on business days. We may send items without tracking information via USPS.
