Your 30-day return period starts from the day we ship your machine to you. After this period, we don't accept return requests. To start the return process, contactme, state the reason for the return, and we'll guide you through the rest.
If you decide to return your CPAP machine, please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs. svp will not cover the cost of return shipping.
When you return your machine, ensure it reaches us within 10 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization .
Your machine should be in its original packaging, in perfect condition (just like when you got it), and without any physical damage.
Once your return is approved, we'll refund your original payment method for the purchase.
Please remember that we don't issue refunds for machines returned damaged or defective or without their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for heavily used or damaged machines.
Customers can use our 30-day return policy for CPAP machines once.
